My bank account has been used fraudulently, and I am now the sufferer. Since I first requested and sent Chime Financial statements and supporting documents detailing these illegal activities, they have turned down my requests four times in a row, stating that there was no error. The efforts to return the cash to me have not gone as planned, and I am frustrated with this. Can I file a lawsuit against the firm and hire a lawyer at https://consumerattorneys.com?
